In 2022, Bregal Sphere announced a majority investment and strategic partnership with PUR, a certified B Corp and leading developer of nature-based solutions for supply chain resilience and ecosystem restoration.

About PUR

Founded in 2008, PUR partners with leading brands, farmers and local implementing partners globally to build more resilient supply chains and restore ecosystems at scale, with a focus on agricultural landscapes.

With locally embedded teams across six continents, PUR has implemented more than 60 projects in 30 countries, with interventions spanning agroforestry, regenerative agriculture, reforestation, forest conservation and carbon removal projects.

Jubilación Segura

In 2025, Bregal Sphere invested in Jubilación Segura, an agroforestry and reforestation project in the Peruvian Amazon established by PUR in 2010. The project aims to restore degraded land impacted by migratory agriculture, slash-and-burn practices, and former coca cultivation, scaling a proven smallholder-led model to support long-term productivity and landscape resilience across Peru.
